Here's your step-by-step guide to your route to health and vitality:
Step 1: Call
Call me for a no obligation free chat - this is your chance to discover how nutritional therapy can help you achieve your health goals.
Step 2: Book
Book your consultation. You will be sent a detailed health questionnaire and food diary. Please return them 5 working days before your session to allow for analysis of your case history.
Step 3: Talk
An initial consultation lasts approximately 1½ hours.
The session includes:

an in depth review of your health

an explanation about your symptoms and imbalances that may be causing them

formulation of a personalised plan
You will be given a comprehensive report that is practical, realistic, and tailored to your lifestyle. It includes; an analysis of what is contributing to your health problems, foods to increase and decrease and tasty food choices. Other areas that may be covered include; supplements and testing options - these will be discussed with you during your session.

Step 4: Implement
Busy lives sometimes make it difficult to implement change. We will work together so that you can get to where you want to be. I am here to support, encourage and answer any queries. If would like guidance between appointments Im just a phone call or e-mail away. I offer 15 minutes as part of your consultation fee.
Step 5: Review
2nd (and subsequent) consultation (s) last approximately 1 hour - I assess your progress, make changes to your action plan and review your goals. You will receive a new personalised report with supporting material.
Step 6: Attain health
It can take time for your body to re-balance. The number of sessions needed varies according to your current state of health and what you would like to achieve - on average clients find that they are able to reach their goals in three consultations.
